Signing up is simple! Just head to the product page and select the subscription option. From there, you can choose between weekly or fortnightly deliveries.
Our boxes are filled with a variety of fresh, organic produce that changes based on seasonal availability.
Absolutely! We understand that preferences vary, so we offer you the flexibility to customise your box each week. Whether you want to swap out certain items or add more of your favourites, it's entirely up to you.
Managing your subscription is easy. Simply log in to your account on our website, where you can make changes to your delivery frequency, update your payment information, or adjust your box contents.
Subscription orders are processed three days prior to the delivery date. Make sure your payment method is up to date to avoid any interruptions in service.
No problem at all! You have full control over your subscription and can pause or cancel anytime without any commitments or worries.
If you've opted for a 'Custom Box,' please remember to check your order each week before the charge date. Availability changes may affect the contents of your box.
We offer a selection of nearly 40 fresh, seasonal and organic veggies. Choose our most popular option and build your own box, or select from our seasonal curated options – they change every week so you always get new and exciting choices in your delivery.
Can I pick up my box from the farm?
Yes! Select 'Farm Pickup' as your delivery method at checkout.
How do I order a box to pick up at the Farmers' Markets?
Simply select 'Farm Pickup' at checkout, then email veggies@streamsideorganics.co.nz with your order number to let us know when you'd like to collect.
Do I need to be at home to receive my order?
Nope - our couriers will leave your box at the door or in a safe spot of your choosing.
Why can't I order for my preferred delivery day?
If you have selected your preferred delivery day, and there are no options showing underneath, then you have missed the cut-off for orders this week. Try selecting another delivery day. Next week's boxes are uploaded every Thursday.
Can I get Bellbird Bread delivered outside of Christchurch?
Yes! As of May 2025 we can include bread in any order for Wednesday and Friday.
Do you reuse the boxes?
If you drop flattened boxes in good condition back to the farm, or our staff at the farmers' markets, then we can reuse them. Unfortunately we can no longer have the boxes returned via courier.
Is everything organic?
Unless clearly stated otherwise, everything is certified organic. We are AsureQuality certified, and our certification number is #1444 If something isn't certified it will be identified as 'Spray Free'. Though it isn't certified as organic, it hasn't come into contact with any nasty chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
Am I guaranteed to get everything I order?
Range is subject to availability on the day. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order, but the nature of farming means we can't guarantee it. If we are unable to supply an item in your box we will swap it for a similar item of equal or higher value. If you are ever unhappy with the swap just let us know and we'll credit you, no worries.

Would be great to have them on offer constantly. And it would be even more amazing if you included oyster mushrooms as well. Organic mushrooms can not be compared with the shop ones! They have taste, they smell amazingly like normal mushrooms, and they are very nutritional:)

Miles apart from supermarket product. You know when you know that you are eating well. I love the produce and absolutely am blown away at 2weeks in my fridge it is still fabulous. Crisp, full of flavour. I honestly forgot what proper vege tastes like. No going back now.

Some of the larger kumara seemed a bit woody and were inedible. The medium sized ones were great. There were some that were too small but over all they are very nice kumara.
